This is included in pursuant of Resolution TL-19131 passed by California Public Utilities Commission that applies to all PSC license holders. Rhythm Shuttle holds both valid PSC and TCP permits.
Currently Rhythm Shuttle has suspended all scheduled event shared ride services. Private ride service (TCP permitted rides) is available on limited basis but not advertised. This is a reflection of the difficult business environment as well as the stage of the pandemic.
We will follow CDC and CDPH guidance as practicable. Face covering is required for all riders and drivers. Riders would be asked to take seats that provide distancing with the driver and other riders. Vehicle will provide sufficient ventilation. Cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment are available on the vehicle. Pre-pay and other forms of mobile payment are preferred and cash handling is discouraged. Customers and drivers who are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should stay home.
